Stephanie Hernandez brings her experience of design strategy and sustainable best practices to the design process. Her focus is creating functional environments that incorporate well-being elements and reflect the client’s needs and objectives. Stephanie actively supports and promotes White Baux Studio’s WELL integrative design solution initiatives. Additionally, Stephanie is an active member of the IIDA Southwest Chapter (International Interior Design Association) where she is a member of their Connect 4 committee and serving to renovate a local charity.

Ten-O-One Central Ave Lobby Renovation Project – Phoenix, Arizona  (19,000 sft)

Highlights: Collaborative team approach for interior architecture and lobby design.  Coordination with the furniture dealer to ensure a holistic furniture package corresponds the interior finishes. Review custom shop drawings.

Asante Library — City of Surprise, Arizona

Highlights:  Select furniture and generate ffe specifications and schedules. Strategically program with furniture groupings to separate spaces.

Local Non-Profit Organization Renovation— Phoenix, Arizona (IIDA Southwest | Connect 4 Committee)

Highlights: Community engagement, and volunteer project. Coordinating multiple partners to invest in a charitable cause by donating services or construction materials. Hands on experience with building renovation.

LinkedIn — Empire State Building, New York

Highlights:  Analyze culture and environmental psychology in the design process. Workplace anthropology. Collecting quantitative date from utilization studies, and qualitative data from client visioning sessions.  Aligning the business to transform their workplace as a tool for maximum productivity and employee satisfaction.

Highlights:  Select furniture and generate ffe specifications and schedules. Monitored purchase orders during procurement. Installed furniture for all amenities including three apartment models.
