The facility will be transformed into a technical campus with entrepreneur lease space, innovation ‘kick-start’ laboratories, co-working spaces, basement, and yard space donated to the art’s district for studio space. Each technology studio has an outdoor program space and connection to a social hub. The mixed-use program includes casual dining, coffee shops, retail market, nightlife bars, and exterior program space.

Design from the inside / out includes a selective demolition process and sensitivity for the discovery of the classic original architecture. The interior spaces when opened are both beautiful and functional. Daylit clearstory sheds were discovered throughout the project this noteworthy feature was covered up for years. The new spaces are designed to be flexible accommodating to a diverse group of users.
